Return your order to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Item(s) must be unused and undamaged and labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging.

Use our resealable envelope to return the item.

Send an email to Sales@auguri.uk with the items you wish to return. We will create a prepaid return label which will be emailed to you.

Print and attach the label and drop the package at your nearest post office.

If you do not have access to a printer, use the payment confirmation email on your mobile device and the QR code to print your label at your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

Please retain proof of postage which we may require, in the event the items are not received within the expected time period.
